Areas of Action

The Coalition’s activities may include technical cooperation, advanced market commitments, voluntary technology transfer, boosting existing funding sources, regulatory cooperation and strengthening, and developing regional environments that stimulate investments, in collaboration with scientific and technical institutions capable of contributing to regulatory science, clinical trials, and innovation.

The Coalition’s projects are based on voluntary cooperation and operate in a manner consistent with international law and domestic legislation, including intellectual property.

First Call for Proposals

The Global Coalition for Local and Regional Production has launched its first Call for Proposals, reflecting its commitment to addressing global health challenges while recognizing persistent asymmetries in development, production, innovation, access, and response capacities.

Dengue is the first health challenge addressed by the Coalition, underscoring the urgent need for more coordinated and equitable action.
